Knowing by scientific investigation, which salts are responsible for the damage, one is usually faced with the difficult task of launching a scheme, on the one hand to fixes the damag and on the other hand to prevent further salt damage <bib id = "Schwarz.etal:2009" />. These include measures such as desalination, the conversion into insoluble compounds, as well as climate control and building measures to reduce the moisture and thus the supply of salts.
